Aplikacija omogućuje građanima da pošalju gradskim institucijama anonimnu prijavu određene problematike ili prijedlog sugestije.

Prijavi se prilaže:

1) slika s kamere ili memorije mobilnog uređaja.

2) dodati detaljniji opis prijave

3) oznaka lokacije koja se označava ručno ili automatski kada je uključen GPS.

Poslane prijave šalju se u serverski centar koji je transparentno dostupan gradskim institucijama i svim građanima preko web stranice www.smartrovinj.com

Uostalom kroz aplikaciju moguće je pratiti status svih prijava.

Za slanje prijave potreban je pristup internetu.
